Courtney is a trial attorney focusing on all areas of personal injury law, with expertise in bicycle, motorcycle, and automobile accidents. With experience as both a successful trial lawyer and effective negotiator, Courtney strives to obtain the best possible results for her clients in the fastest possible time. Courtney has served as lead counsel on three jury trials since joining Albert G. Stoll, Jr. | A Law Corporation in 2006. She is also well-versed in alternative dispute resolution techniques, having represented dozens of clients in successful mediations and arbitrations.
A native San Franciscan, Courtney attended Notre Dame des Victoires elementary school, Convent of the Sacred Heart high school, and Loyola Marymount University before earning her law degree from the University of San Francisco. She takes pride in representing fellow San Franciscans who’ve been injured.
Courtney is an avid cyclist, both on- and off-road. She was also the founding coach of the women’s lacrosse team at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, and taught a course in “Street Law” to students at Lincoln High School, both in San Francisco.
