Tim Phillips

Tim Phillips represents employees who have experienced unlawful discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, or whose employers have improperly denied them overtime, commissions, or minimum wages. He also performs compliance work with small businesses and negotiates severance pay. According to a former client:
