Michael Seville
Michael Seville is an experienced attorney with a deep background in employment, civil rights, contract law, and personal injury. Over the course of his career, he has served as lead counsel in federal and state litigation, handled high-profile arbitrations, and represented clients ranging from individual clients to groups of employees.
Michael’s legal practice has spanned employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and harassment cases, as well as business and contract disputes. In addition, Michael has handled wrongful death, traffic accidents and other injury matters. As Managing Partner at Seville Briggs LLP, he led nationally recognized civil rights litigation and oversaw a team of attorneys and consultants handling cases that drew significant media attention. He later founded Seville Law, where he advised clients on employment, contract, and estate planning matters.
In addition to his private practice, Michael has served in senior executive roles within statewide labor organizations, where he provided legal, political, and communications counsel during negotiations, arbitrations, and legislative proceedings. Known for his strategic approach, clear communication, and commitment to justice, Michael brings a balanced perspective that blends analysis, advocacy and transparency with all of his clients.
Michael joined Stoll Law in 2025 as a partner and focuses his practice on employment and personal injury matters.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, serving on the board of his local youth soccer association, golfing, hiking with his dog, and gardening.
